If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us via the submission form. Please note, you’ll need to provide evidence of the faulty or incorrect item. We’ll review the information and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
We don’t recommend washing the products, but if necessary, please follow the washing instructions on the packaging, which may vary depending on the product. If you have any further questions or are unsure, please email us.
Once an order is placed, we aim to process it within 24 hours and may not be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us through our contact form, and we will do our best to assist you.
