RETURNS INFORMATION
At RUFFN, your satisfaction is our priority.
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right, or you might simply change your mind.
That’s why we offer 30-day returns, provided the following conditions are met:
CONDITIONS
• The item was purchased within the last 30 days
• The item remains in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included
• The item remains clean, undamaged, and in the same condition it was received.
• The item is not personalised (customised products cannot be returned)
• Ordered directly from the RUFFN website
NOTE:
You have a maximum of 30 days from the date you've received all your purchased items to submit the return request.
RETURN PROCESS
Please email us at support@ruffn.com.au with the following information:
• Order number
• Item you want returned
• Brief explanation of your return
Once we receive your email, we will begin the return process. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return (Note: A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount).
When returning the item, please include a copy of the packing slip or reference number.
NOTE:
• The return fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund amount. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. This shipping charge is non-refundable and is at the customers own expense.
• Personalised products cannot be refunded/exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.
REFUND PROCESS:
Once your return is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 3 business days after your return reaches our warehouse.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
EXCHANGES:
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product. This helps us get your new item to you as quickly as possible.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is faulty or damaged, please reach out to our customer service team at

To help us assist you quickly, include in your email:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the fault or damage
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Once we receive your email, we’ll review your claim and work to resolve it promptly. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
